Labs Charter

The Autheo Labs Charter defines our mission, governance structure, and operating principles.

Mission

Autheo Labs is the official experimental innovation sandbox for the Autheo quantum blockchain — a governed program where community builders and Autheo team members prototype, test, and validate quantum-native concepts before they touch mainnet.

Strategic Goals

  • Accelerate quantum-native feature development
  • Build a community testing and validation culture
  • Maintain a transparent graduation pathway to mainnet
  • Preserve Autheo mainnet integrity through strict isolation

Decision Rights

Labs Lead
Day-to-day program operations, submission intake, triage coordination
CPO
Graduation approvals, strategic alignment decisions, roadmap oversight
CISO
Security reviews, risk classification, P0 incident response
Community Testers
Feedback filing, prototype validation, graduation advocacy

Qualification Rubric

All prototype submissions are scored against these five dimensions. Minimum passing score: 10/15.

Qualification Rubric

Innovation Value

Does the prototype address a genuine gap or advance Autheo's quantum-native vision?

Hypothesis Clarity

Is the experiment well-defined with measurable success criteria and a clear README?

Isolation Integrity

Is the prototype fully isolated from Autheo mainnet with no shared state or risk bleed?

Risk Transparency

Are all known risks disclosed — security, performance, stability — with appropriate warnings?

Roadmap Alignment

Does the prototype align with Autheo's strategic priorities and quantum-native roadmap?

Minimum passing score10 / 15

Graduation Pathway

Prototypes that meet the bar can graduate to Autheo mainnet. The decision requires joint CPO + CISO approval.

  • 01Minimum 60 days in Active–Experimental status
  • 02All P0 and P1 bugs resolved
  • 03Full CISO security assessment passed
  • 04Graduation request package submitted (audit, runbook, handover)
  • 05CPO + CISO joint approval
  • 06On-chain graduation proof recorded

On-Chain Transparency

Graduation decisions, rubric scores, and ToU acceptances are recorded on-chain for permanent public verification.

Coming Soon

On-Chain Proof Explorer

Live on-chain proof of graduation, rubric scores, and ToU acceptances will be queryable here once the Autheo Labs smart contracts are deployed.
