Labs Charter
The Autheo Labs Charter defines our mission, governance structure, and operating principles.
Mission
Autheo Labs is the official experimental innovation sandbox for the Autheo quantum blockchain — a governed program where community builders and Autheo team members prototype, test, and validate quantum-native concepts before they touch mainnet.
Strategic Goals
- Accelerate quantum-native feature development
- Build a community testing and validation culture
- Maintain a transparent graduation pathway to mainnet
- Preserve Autheo mainnet integrity through strict isolation
Decision Rights
Qualification Rubric
All prototype submissions are scored against these five dimensions. Minimum passing score: 10/15.
Qualification Rubric
Does the prototype address a genuine gap or advance Autheo's quantum-native vision?
Is the experiment well-defined with measurable success criteria and a clear README?
Is the prototype fully isolated from Autheo mainnet with no shared state or risk bleed?
Are all known risks disclosed — security, performance, stability — with appropriate warnings?
Does the prototype align with Autheo's strategic priorities and quantum-native roadmap?
Graduation Pathway
Prototypes that meet the bar can graduate to Autheo mainnet. The decision requires joint CPO + CISO approval.
- 01Minimum 60 days in Active–Experimental status
- 02All P0 and P1 bugs resolved
- 03Full CISO security assessment passed
- 04Graduation request package submitted (audit, runbook, handover)
- 05CPO + CISO joint approval
- 06On-chain graduation proof recorded
On-Chain Transparency
Graduation decisions, rubric scores, and ToU acceptances are recorded on-chain for permanent public verification.
On-Chain Proof Explorer
Live on-chain proof of graduation, rubric scores, and ToU acceptances will be queryable here once the Autheo Labs smart contracts are deployed.
